Popular Ingredients:
Carrot, celery, parsley, spinach, wheatgrass, kale, cucumber, pine needles, dropwort, mugwort, beet, radish, arrowroot, etc.

Clean vegetables and soak in water for 5 minutes before juicing. If desired, drop 3 or 4 teaspoons of vinegar into the water to eliminate the remnants of fertilizer or impurities.
